Aurelcici - no access for Omega-3 _sac11

Pilot know as Aurelcici repeatedly changed flag under which he was flying (from mercenary to pirate and also police), switched sides in middle of fight and is absolutely impossible predict which flag he use now or will use in next moment. His access for Omega-3 is therefore closed and he is considered as potentialy hostile target.
