Morgenröte - NO ACCESS for Omega-3

Pilot using ID Morgenröte (Mining ship) was spotted yesterday (05-09-2014) smuggling BMGs in Omega-3. This pilot refused listen the order to drop this illegal cargo and successfully docked on Rugen station where he left space. His access for our home system is therefore closed and all SA officers are instructed to KOS (kill-of-sight) him while catch him in Omega-3. Ignoring no-access will lead to KOS for whole Crossfire space.
