Richard T.Harper (BANDIT) promoted to rank Lieutenant

Good evening ladies and gentlemans,

today we have here the second promotion for our newest pilot Richard T.Harper, callsign BANDIT, which had fulfilled all requirements needed for his new rank Lieutenant. He was ready for his new rank for some time, but there were missing some requirements which he fulfilled in past few days. His skills and knowledge are rising regularly and report about his Courage and Skill Trial tells clearly that he is fully prepared for Lieutenant rank.

Rank Lieutenant. Benefits: Few responsibilities, many doors opened. Responsibilities: Take charge of a minor unit, most likely a patrol.

I want to thank everyone who has helped me reach this point in CF.Josh for supervising my Altair trial and Ajay for His help in IC.
I will keep improving my Pvp to become a more complete pilot.So it is back to work for me.
