Ladies and Gentlemens, today is my pleasure to announce that Lieutenat-Commander Nicholas 'Noka' Mozzi is second Silver Arrow which achieved with one char more then a 1000 victories in PvP fights! ... counting a fact that he used his main char actively around all Sirius in role-play actions it is outstanding achievement!

Therefore on behalf of the Silver Arrows Command I award Lt.-Commander Mozzi with the PvP Excellency Medal for his accomplishment.

PvP Excellency Medal - This award is given to a member who was able win more than 1000 PvP fights with one char.
