Ensign Abdo Knight due his activity in Inner Core and two ASF operations acquired 5 Offensive points and he had reached first level (Bronze) for Red Cross:

Bronze level of Red Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who participated in a number of assignments in hostile territory. Bronze level is the first of six.

Congratulations Ensign! You are doing very well job in space and this medal is very adequate for your activity! I hope you will have next level for Red Cross soon! Salute
