Server page updates

Dunno if you noticed, but server pages got in last weeks more updates:

New interface.
Working statistics for first 2000 chars.
Players number on server works.
Updated rules are now also on server page.
ASF vs CSF counter is working, but will show only weekly results (it mean it should show scores at 2th Apr morning).


Updating in progress: (searching ways how to do this best and easy to maintain actual ... imo almost for sure will be linked with forum some way)
