ATTENTION ALL SILVER ARROWS PILOTS:
We have come into a rare situation of two immediate missions in this expedition ladies and gentlemen!

Our first objective will be a blockade lead by Captain Vox of a Dom'Razak base in the Ryssk system in the Inner Core sector. Our liaisons within the Dom'Kavash Empire have relayed information to us about a new prototype fighter of the Dom'Razak that is supposed to be leaving at a specific time during our scheduled expedition. We need all the forces we can muster for this objective to form a blockade and stop this fighter from getting to the Dom'Razak's Command Outpost in Venn.

Our primary objective's area of operation is the Dom'Razak base located at coordinates E3 in the Ryssk system where the prototype Dom'Razak fighter is scheduled to depart for Venn.

Our second objective is of a search and destroy mission. Captain O'Neill, supervisor of our Alien-tech Armament Storage Depot here in the Dept. of Operations, has stated that our alien-tech stockpile inventory is low on the Savage's race "War'sy Propulsor" weapon. To keep our technological parity with the United Dom forces we must maintain a minimum inventory of weapons to replace our losses and to be able to arm our newest recruits on Inner Core expeditions and missions where only the best of the best equipment will suffice to ensure their survival and return. Therefore I want to send out a expedition force after our first objective is complete to perform search and destroy operations of Savage fighters to gather salvage of their weapons.

Our secondary objective's area of operation is located at coordinates E3 in the Jormdar system, Savage forces very regularly patrol this area, so chances of encounters are high.

MISSION ORDERS:
SCRAMBLE ALL AVAILABLE FIGHTERS TO THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE'S TARGETED SYSTEM OF RYSSK TO CONDUCT A BLOCKADE OF THE TARGETED DOM'RAZAK BASE, SECONDARY OBJECTIVE IS TO TRAVEL TO THE SECONDARY OBJECTIVE'S SYSTEM OF JORMDAR TO THE SPECIFIED COORDINATES FOR SEARCH AND DESTROY OPERATIONS, DESTROY ANY MET ALIEN RESISTANCE WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE!

(PRIMARY objective: Perform a blockade for 20 minutes of the Dom'Razak base in Ryssk at the specified coordinates.
SECONDARY objective: Travel to the Jormdar system's coordinates, search and destroy any and all Savage fighters you can, collect a minimum of 4 War'sy Propulsors and then dock at Mirtrrak Battlestation in Weth.)

Question:

Doing mission in Ryssk before? after? (as it is on way to Weth after Jormdar).
If so it may become too late for me to complete it - although I am not sure yet.

I suggest do first Ryssk. In Jormdar it is mainly for VHFs (asteroid field)

Well, I was thinking that since my target was a Razak station in Ryssk, there should be war'sy drops around as well?

Would allow to just to remain around after the mission is done, and right by Weth jumpgate?

Mission Debriefing:

Primary Objective (Dom'Razak Station blockade): SUCCESS
Secondary Objective (Gather alien weapons): unknown (I had to withdraw being 2am for me) - maybe Forlon knows?

Mission started a bit late, the time to find enough volunteers, and a little reputation fix in Dervon for some pilots.
SA_Fraise has to drop before the mission started being late for her - but I thank her for being there and showing up Smile

During the mission, 2 [gT] members offered their help and joined the forces.

This run globally went much better than the first time, considering also having only one battleship, succeeding to hold the blockade for more than 20 minutes (as stipulated in the mission orders), despite we needed to retreat once at the nearest repair buoy for a break, repairs, and having [gT]Ghost_Hunter join the formation.

However, I am not fully satisfied as we suffered some loses (which was also a mission parameter) - although I must say I was not familiar with all participants fighting skills, having never flown with some of them.

I will let Rear-Admiral Forlon evaluate this mission preformances and also have him report to SAC my actions as mission leading commander.

Joining some screenshots (Dom's fleets really had a hard time! Also had some extra kills with Forlon at the end of mission biggrin

Enjoyed learning some of the pilots skills myself.

The data has been stored and congratulate the pilots for their success and capabilities shown to the enemy.

I acknowledge the great teamwork that was shown and especially the assistance to a newest pilot who had some difficulties. This pilot proved himself and recommend future endeavors with him.
